Factors determining the effectiveness of anticoagulation in the perspective of nursing practice

Abstract
Blood clotting in dialysis is one of the most common incident events during hemodialysis. The use of routine anticoagulation and adherence to certain nursing practice guidelines are key to prevent of clotting of extracorporeal circulation. This is a standard procedure for dialysis if there are not indications for use.
