Nursing problems the care of patient with acute cellular and humoral rejection of the transplanted kidney — a case report

Abstract
Kidney transplantation (NTx) is considered as the optimal method of renal replacement therapy in patients with advanced renal failure. Rejection NTx, both acute and chronic, it is increasingly recognized complication following transplantation and is one of the main reasons for the loss of NTx. One of the goals is, therefore early detection of rejection episodes, appropriate treatment and care. The aim of the study was to present a model of patient care with acute humoral and vascular rejection.
