Diagnostyka schorzeń nerek i układu moczowego u dzieci i młodzieży - wybrane zagadnienia

Abstract

Nowoczesna diagnostyka chorób nerek i układu moczowego u dzieci obejmuje szeroki zakres badań czynnościowych, obrazowych, molekularnych i genetycznych. Służą one nie tylko wykrywaniu określonych chorób, ale także monitorowaniu ich leczenia, przewidywaniu zagrożenia rozwojem przewlekłej choroby nerek i jej wielonarządowych odległych skutków. Postęp w tej dziedzinie i stałe poszukiwanie bardziej czułych, swoistych, a zarazem mniej inwazyjnych technik diagnostycznych przyczyniają się do podwyższenia standardu opieki nefrologicznej u dzieci.
