"Długodystansowiec" na dializie otrzewnowej - opis przypadku

Abstract
Pacjenci dializowani otrzewnowo, którzy wykazują niski
lub średnioniski transport cząsteczek, mają lepsze
przeżycie metody i cechuje ich mniejsza śmiertelność.
Ryzyko sercowo-naczyniowe w tej grupie chorych jest
niewielkie, gdyż łatwiej kontrolują oni stan nawodnienia i mają dobrą kontrolę ciśnienia tętniczego. W celu
uzyskania właściwej efektywności terapii zaleca się
ciągłą ambulatoryjną dializę otrzewnową (CADO) lub
ciągłą cykliczną dializę otrzewnową (CCDO).
