Zator skrzyżowany- rzadka przyczyna zawału serca

Streszczenie
Przedstawiamy przypadek 58-latka hospitalozowanego z powodu bólów stenokardialnych (CCS IV). Poziomy markerów sercowych i krzywa EKG spełniały kryteria STEMI. Pilna koronarografia wykazała skrzeplinę w gałęzi pośredniej, przy poza tym zdrowych pozostałych tętnicach wieńcowych. Pacjent został poddany skutecznemu leczeniu. Dalsza diagnostyka wykazała jako przyczynę zatorowości w mechanizmie skrzyżowanym obecność PFO (drożnego otworu owalnego), który został skutecznie zamknięty zestawem implantowanym przezskórnie.
