Abstract

Expansion of the drug interaction knowledge base continues at a rapid rate, especially because of recent focus on the mechanisms of the cytochrome P 450 family enzymes. The failure of hipotensive pharmacotherapy may be linked with pharmacokinetic interactions of 4 main groups of antihypertensive drugs.
