Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The above-mentioned work has not previously been published and that it has not been submitted to the Publishers of
   any other journal (with the exception of abstracts not exceeding 400 words)

2. All co-authors named and the relevant authorities of the scientific institutions at which the work has been carried out are
   familiar with the contents of this work and have agreed to its publication

3. In sending the manuscript together with illustrations and tables agree(s) to automatic and free transfer of copyright to
   the PTChP allowing for the publication and distribution of the material submitted in all available forms and fields of
   exploitation, without limits of territory of language, provided that the material is accepted for publication. At the same
   time the author(s) accept(s) that the submitted work will not be published elsewhere and in whatever language without
   the earlier written permission of the copyright holder, i.e. the PTChP

4. (S)he (they) empower(s) the Publisher to make any necessary editorial changes to the submitted manuscript

5. The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the Publisher’s requirements

6. (S)he (they) is (are) familiar with the regulations governing the acceptance of works as published in „Polish Pneumonology and
   Allergology” and agree(s) to follow them

7. (S)he (they) agree to accept appropriate invoice from the Publisher in case colour illustrations are implemented

8. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Completion of the online submission form electronically is tantamount to automatically and free-of-charge transferring of the copyright for publishing and distribution of the submitted material (in all known now and developed in the future forms and fields of exploitation) to the Journal Owner, under condition that those materials are accepted for publication. The authors agree not to publish any data or figures presented in their work anywhere and in any language without the prior written consent of the copyright holder or party acting on its behalf.  Legal relations between the copyright holder and the author(s) are in accordance with Polish law and with international conventions binding to Poland. The legal bases to acquiring the copyright are article 921 section copyright law and related law as well as the international conventions binding to Poland.
